Smoothie Summer

A refreshing and delicious (not to mention healthy) snack for the summer:

1 cup of frozen berries/fruit (I use mixed berries and mango chunks)
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 banana
Favorite fruit juice

Combine in a blender or food processor. As much fruit juice as is necessary to make it the right consistency. Enjoy!
